Join the ARTYgator Community Art Project for a unique, VIP swamp-themed evening with New Orleans live entertainment and music, food,
adult beverage and dessert, ARTYgator silent and live auctions and many surprizes! The ARTYgator 3-D coffee table book, 12" tall mini-ARTYgators
and memorabilia will also be available.
Six foot tall, fiberglass ARTYgator sculptures will be auctioned Live, to benefit various charities like the Boys and Girls Clubs, a library, hospitals,
nurseries and animal recovery centers. Sculptures have additional design options: fountains, solar-powered, LED and fiberoptic lighting and audio.
The attire for the evening is jeans and dressy tops...VIP in the Swamp!
- 5:15 p.m. VIP Sneak Peek Reception (passed Hors d'oeuvers, open bar, VIP networking, entertainment, first and pre-bids)
- 6:15 p.m Doors open to Main Event ticket holders/Silent Auction begins
- 7:15 p.m. Dinner, entertainment, wine & beer provided, chocolate fountain+
- 8:15 p.m. Silent Auction tables close/Live Auction Begins
